Configure email notifications

You will find the Email notifications settings on your WordPress admin area navigating to the ShortLinks Pro menu -> Settings -> Click Tracking.

Send Email

In the “Send Email To” field, you should enter the email address where you want to receive notifications. If needed, you can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas—this way, everyone included in the list will receive the same information at the same time.

If this field is left blank, notifications will be automatically sent to the email address associated with the administrator of your WordPress site.

Conditions for notification

In the “Send a notification when a link reaches” field, you need to define the specific criteria that will trigger an email notification. These conditions can be related, for example, to a certain number of total clicks or unique clicks.

It’s important to note that a separate notification will be sent for each condition that is met.

This configuration will apply to all links with tracking enabled. It can be enabled from the link editing screen under Link Options -> Tracking or by enabling this option by default from the ShortLinks Pro -> Settings -> Default Link Options menu.
